    Department of Organization Behavior seeks to fill a tenure-track position, beginning July 2023 (or later, pending HU procedure and the candidate's prior commitments). The position is open to highly qualified researchers with a strong record of academic publications about organizations and organizing, grounded within psychological, sociological, or anthropological perspectives. We welcome applicants from all areas of OB and OT, with expertise in either qualitative or quantitative methods.
    Applicants must hold either a Ph.D. degree granted abroad or significant postdoc experience abroad. The ideal candidate will have a clear and substantial scholarly agenda and demonstrate an ability to publish innovative and high-quality research in top-tier journals. The position is open to all ranks, although preference will be given to junior candidates.
    Applicants will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) courses, supervise graduate students, and contribute to department, school, and university activities. Although the invitation is open to international scholars, the principal language of instruction at the Hebrew University is Hebrew.
