    Are you an early-career scholar looking for guidance on navigating the tenure track, building a strong research identity, and thriving in academia?

    Join us for the Conflict Management Division's Junior Faculty Consortium at AOM 2025-an engaging PDW designed to support junior faculty in launching and sustaining successful academic careers, featuring a panel of esteemed mid-career and senior scholars offering practical insights, candid advice, and diverse perspectives.

Each topic will include brief panel reflections followed by open Q&A, offering participants the opportunity to engage directly with our distinguished panelists and explore questions most relevant to their career stage.
