Ph.D. Student Recruitment for Fall 2025 in Organizational Behavior at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington
The department of Management and Organization is accepting new PhD students for admission in the Fall of 2025. PhD students admitted to the organizational behavior specialization will work with our award-winning faculty to conduct and publish in top-tier journals on central topics such as: emotions and decision-making, diversity and inclusion, ethical behavior, interpersonal relationships, leadership, team effectiveness, justice and fairness, turnover and retention, voice and creativity, and well-being.
Faculty who are actively collaborating with PhD students include: Bruce Avolio, Chris Barnes, Xiao-Ping Chen, Crystal Farh, Ryan Fehr, Andy Hafenbrack, Mike Johnson, Jessica Li, Scott Reynolds, Kira Schabram, Elizabeth Umphress, and Elijah Wee.
