Hi CM members,
We need your help! A few weeks ago (on or near Oct. 16), you received an e-mail asking for your participation in a survey of the CM Division. Every member of the Division received this email. If you have not done so already, I encourage you to take a few moments to complete the survey now.
I know it's tempting to think that one voice doesn't matter, or think that others will complete the survey so it's not a big deal for you to skip it, but truly-we want to hear from you. Please consider taking even a few minutes to provide your thoughts. We are listening, but we need every CM member to speak up. I often brag about how cool and connected CM members are with each other-please prove me correct.
As a bonus incentive, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a drawing to win CM swag-don't miss out on the chance to win and be the coolest kid on your hallway!
It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete, and if you haven't completed it you should have received an email reminder today. If you can't find the email and/or need it sent to a different email address, please let me know.
The survey is being conducted as part of our division's 3-year strategic review process. The results will be used to reflect on the current state of the division and to identify strategic goals and actions for the CM division's future. Survey analyses and reflections will be included in a report submitted to the Academy of Management Board of Governors in February 2026.
Please complete the survey before the deadline of Monday, 17 November at 11:59PM EST. Your opinion and insights are valued, and we thank you in advance for your participation.
