Dear Colleagues,
I am delighted to share several exciting updates from the Journal of Organizational Behavior (JOB) and also invite you to submit your most innovative and rigorous research to JOB. Whether you're exploring new theoretical frontiers, employing cutting-edge methods, and/or addressing pressing organizational challenges, we look forward to partnering with you to bring your work to publication!
Editor-in-Chief Transition
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Christian Resick for his exceptional service as Editor-in-Chief. Christian's visionary leadership, scholarly excellence, and unwavering commitment have elevated JOB to new heights. Under his stewardship, the journal has strengthened its position as a premier outlet for organizational behavior research, expanded its methodological diversity, and deepened its commitment to publishing impactful, rigorous scholarship.
As incoming Editor-in-Chief, I am honored to build upon this foundation. We remain committed to JOB's core mission: publishing innovative, theoretically grounded research that advances our understanding of organizational behavior. We will continue to champion methodological rigor and diversity, support emerging and established scholars, and foster the collaborative, constructive review process that JOB is known for. We look forward to the journal's legacy of excellence not only continuing but flourishing as we embrace new ideas, emerging topics, and evolving research methodologies as well as serving as a key resource for the organizational behavior community.
