We are thrilled to announce that the School of Management at Xiamen University is now inviting applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions at all ranks (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor). We welcome both outstanding senior scholars and promising junior researchers to join our vibrant academic community.
In particular, we encourage candidates who meet the eligibility requirements to apply for the 2026 Outstanding Youth Science Foundation Program (Overseas), a Chinese national-level talent program designed to attract exceptional young scholars with overseas backgrounds. Candidates not eligible or not applying for the program are also strongly encouraged to apply for our regular faculty positions.
