    I got to pondering 30 years of teaching management the other day.  The result is the attached video (in Portuguese) outlining three ground rules for surviving the classroom:  be the boss, reduce ambiguity for your students, and teach your passion first.  Hope you find it useful. Id be would be interested in other advice to pass along to  students and colleagues.
