    Sou profissional da área de desenvolvimento humano e organizacional, Professora e Pesquisadora da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento.

    Nos dia 7 e 8 de dezembro deste ano, nosso Núcleo ENGIN (Engenharia da Integração e Governança do Conhecimento), irá reunir mais de 700 profissionais para discutir os modelos mais contemporâneos de Universidades Corporativas e Escolas de Governo (stakeholders University e Universidade Corporativa em Rede).

    Serão mais de 35 palestrantes e instrutores divididos entre 2 palestras, sendo uma Internacional, mais 2 mesas de relatos de experiências de grandes empresas, 5 painéis de debates e 11 oficinas.

    Em paralelo, teremos mais de 200 pesquisadores e profissionais apresentando seus estudos de caso e relatos de experiências.

    We invite you to submit to the 8th Annual AIB Latin America Chapter (AIB-LAT) Conference to be held March 8-10, 2018 in exciting Buenos Aires, Argentina, hosted by IAE Business School of Austral University. Buenos Aires is both the capital and the largest city within Argentina. It is frequently labeled the "Paris of South America", and is one of the most popular tourist sites in Latin America, known for its European architecture, rich cultural influences such as the tango, and a great appreciation of football, beef and wine.


    The theme of the conference will be "Political Uncertainty and the Future of International Business in Latin America". However, we welcome submissions on all research areas associated with international business and Latin America.
