    Dear X-Culture Colleagues:

One of my colleagues has been promoted to the Dean's office and we urgently need to hire a replacement.

We need a Strategy person with a strong interest in International Business.

The person must have a Ph.D. in Strategy or possibly in Entrepreneurship and a minor (or a strong interest documented by publications) in International Business. The area fit is extremely important this time, so there is no point in applying unless your degree is specifically in Strategy/IB and you published in Strategy/IB.

The ideal candidate will be a person whose research revolves around Strategy in IB context, has at least some publications in major journals, and has taught Strategy and/or IB.

Teaching load, compensation, research support – as good as or better than what's offered by other major non-elite schools.

Special bonus: an extremely comfortable, family-friendly, safe city that is extremely green, looks small and quiet but is actually home to 1.6 million people. That is, all the benefits of a major city with a small-town feel.

We will be conducting Skype interviews in the coming days and scheduling campus visits for November, so if you are interested, you must apply ASAP.
