Where high performance meets happiness

    Dear Ibero colleagues:

At samba schools in Brazil there is no discrimination of any sort and for no  pay they deliver a world class show in the way of a Carnival Parade.

Yet at corporations in Brazil the same people drag their feet at subsidiaries of multinationals and their foreign appointed managers complain about lack of engagement. Besides, at corporations people not speaking English are handcapped, which means excluding the Brazilian poor, many of which are negroes.

The same may be true in many Iberoamerincan countries and it needs and has prompt correction.

I have spent the last two years interviewing samba school members, Presidents, Directors, the lot; and have drawn a self paced 2 hours  online course on management in 14 bite sized lectures.

Naturally the course is serious without being solen: it is fun, noisy, colorful, true; and useful, if only American corporations would watch it, or business students had access to it:

Many thanks, Herman and the lot
