Iberoamerican Academy of Management

The III International Accreditation Forum, "Research in Latin America to the world" will have a particular emphasis on research as part of the accreditation process. It will bring together experts in academic quality and provide an opportunity to exchange opinion on the roles research must fulfill in education institutions and their impact on the business sector and their social context.
As part of the III Accreditation Forum, the I EQUAA Research Contest will be held. This contest aims to bring together businesses and education institutions and encourage research and publication by academics and researchers.

Contest rules

• Open to researchers and university faculty members linked to research themes or tracks.
• Participants shall submit individual documents or multiple authors to a maximum of four (4) people.
• The work must be original (not have been published in print or electronic). Nor may they be published during the duration of the contest.
• Each document must be the result of theoretical research and / or practice.
• Suggested structure of document:
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Proposed methodology
  • Implications or management practices
  • Results
  • Conclusions
  • References
  • Annexes
• Each document must meet the standards established in this call.
• Each document will be presented as follows:
  • Maximum length of 25 pages (including attachments)
  • A4 format
  • Double space
  • Times New Roman 12
• The document must be sent through the electronic platform. The document should not include the authors name. Work whose author is identified, in one way or another will be disqualified.
• The jury will be composed of 2-4 scholars for each research topic.
• The evaluation process of the contest will have two stages. In the first stage, the jury will evaluate the research that have complied with the contest rules stated above. In the second stage, through a blind review process international academics will accept or reject the papers.
• The results will be published according to the tentative schedule.
