This initiative is a (free) virtual conversation with the aim of bringing together academics and researchers with the objective of sharing experiences, issues, projects or techniques and to increase and support the efforts to expand our knowledge regarding family business collaborating with many colleagues in the Americas, Asia and Europe, according to the founding principles of FERC.

Presenter: Dr. Roland Bardy, He engages in management education, and he serves as Executive Professor of General Management and Leadership at Florida Gulf Coast University. Born in Vienna, Austria, B.Sc. in Chemistry (1964), M.B.A. (1969), Ph.D. (1974, (majoring in econometrics). Worked in Finance and Administration of BASF SE, the German multinational chemicals manufacturer, from 1970 to 1999, Dr Bardy will present the theme Rethinking Leadership - A Human Centered Approach to Management Ethics
