    This year we are organizing our own Iberoamerican Academy of Management Doctoral Student and Young Faculty Consortium at the AOM meeting.  The Consortium will provide a comfortable and friendly environment for interaction, as well as individualized attention to participating student/faculty research agendas.

    This PDW focuses on doctoral students and young faculty members working in Iberoamerica. It wishes to develop their research skills, enhance their particular research agenda, and network with like- minded students and professors in their field of study. The Consortium will facilitate constructive and supportive discussion between and among doctoral students and scholars on a wide array of topics including but not limited to: conducting research in the international business field, writing and completing successful dissertations, transitioning into a professional or academic career and enhancing the research portfolio in the initial career steps. The Consortium will also provide feedback and commentary to students whose dissertations are still in progress.

    This Consortium focuses on doctoral students and young faculty members working in Iberoamerican contexts. It aims to further develop their research skills, enhance their particular research agenda, and provide networking opportunities with like-minded students and professors.
