This workshop introduces the Adizes Symbergetic Organizational Therapy, an evidence-informed methodology for organizational transformation derived from more than 50 years of field application in diverse industries and national contexts. The methodology advances the notion of organizational "therapy" as the ongoing reintegration of differentiated leadership styles and stakeholder interests, supported by a culture of mutual trust and respect. The workshop will: (1) introduce the conceptual underpinnings of Symbergetic organizations, (2) detail the eleven-step intervention program implemented by our certified organizational symbergists, and (3) draw out implications for scholars, educators, and practitioners concerned with leading complex change. By translating a large body of accumulated practice into an explicit, teachable framework, this workshop will utilize rigorous, practice-relevant knowledge that can meaningfully informs management practice and policy. The methodology to be presented has been captured in over 25 books written by Dr. Adizes, many of which have and are serving as textbooks in academic institutions around the world. Dr. Adizes is also the recipient of 23 honorary doctorates from different universities through the years. There will be a live demonstration of the newly developed "Dr. Adizes AI Twin," a digital companion built on Dr. Adizes' extensive knowledge base for which the participants will receive special, time-limited access as a learning and exploration aid.
