I'm delighted to invite submissions to the Diversity and Equality track at the upcoming EuroMed Academy Conference.
This track welcomes research that explores the many dimensions of diversity, inclusion and equality across organisational, societal and technological contexts. Whether you're investigating inclusion challenges in emerging areas like artificial intelligence and algorithmic decision-making, examining workplace diversity practices, or exploring broader questions of equity and representation, we want to hear from you.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Diversity and inclusion in the age of AI and automation
- Gender, race and intersectionality in organisations
- Inclusive leadership and organisational culture
- Equality in education and career progression
- Accessibility and disability inclusion
- Measuring and managing diversity initiatives
- Policy approaches to workplace equality
Submission deadline: February 6, 2026
This is a wonderful opportunity to share your work, connect with fellow researchers, and be part of meaningful conversations that shape the field.
I'd be grateful if you could share this call with colleagues, networks and students who might be interested.
For any questions about this track, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Warm regards,
Dr Andri Georgiadou
