Now that I have your attention (I borrowed the subject line from a clever flight attendant who wanted passengers to pay attention to the safety announcements)--the question is real. If you lost your CM member survey link, sent by email a few weeks ago, please let me know and I will ensure that gets resent to you. If you haven't yet completed your CM member survey, please do so--you likely got a friendly reminder email this morning. Please don't ignore it. Currently <10% of our members have responded--this is about half our usual rate. Let's do better than this!
As I noted in an earlier reminder, I know it's tempting to think that one voice doesn't matter, or think that others will complete the survey so it's not a big deal for you to skip it, but truly-we want to hear from you. Please consider taking even a few minutes to provide your thoughts. We are listening, but we need every CM member to speak up.
