Research in Human Resource Management is edited by Dianna Stone, Brian Murray, and Kimberly Lukaszewski. It is a peer reviewed research series that publishes theoretical papers, literature reviews, and new models to foster research on HRM. PLease know that we admire Research in Personnel/Human Resource Management, but we are not the same series.
We are very pleased to have a special issue on Hispanic Voices because members of this group are making many important contributions to organizations, and organizations need to develop innovative strategies for giving them a voice in the workplace.
