Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion DEI

The DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada is accepting applications for our PhD program beginning September 2026. We welcome applications in any of our fields: strategy, OB/HR, information systems, marketing, operations management, accounting, finance, and health policy. Our faculty are researching critical issues such as sustainability and social innovation, the future of work and digital transformations, and using a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
