    Summary

In a context where Ibero-American organizations face internal challenges (traditional structures, inherited leadership models) and external challenges (globalization, technological and social changes), Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a disruptive factor that transforms both processes and organizational strategies. This workshop aims to address these challenges from a renewed perspective, integrating creativity, active learning, and collaboration to generate innovative and sustainable solutions. The Lego Serious Play (LSP) methodology is presented as a powerful tool to facilitate active participation and collective thinking. Based on constructivist theories, this technique allows participants to translate abstract ideas into tangible models, promoting dialogue, the confrontation of ideas, and the co-creation of solutions that integrate diverse perspectives. This is crucial to overcoming resistance to change and aligning visions in the face of the cultural and technological challenges posed by AI. The workshop brings together students, faculty, researchers, and professionals, fostering equity in the exchange of ideas through the group construction of shared metaphors. This approach seeks to transcend traditional hierarchical barriers, transforming the congress into a cultural and organizational laboratory for creative exploration. Through dynamics that combine experimentation, curiosity, and reflection, participants will design concrete solutions to address the following questions: the adoption of AI in organizations, with a focus on its impact on organizational culture, leadership, and the competencies of human talent. This practical and symbolic approach enhances team resilience and facilitates the internalization of disruptive concepts within Ibero-American organizations. Ultimately, this workshop promotes the construction of collective knowledge, the internationalization of academic and professional networks.
