Join us for an engaging symposium on the study of growth mindsets in organizations at AOM Copenhagen 2025! This session features the latest research on mindsets—lay beliefs about the fixedness or malleability of human attributes—in organizational contexts. Moving beyond the classroom, these presentations explore both the benefits and limitations of a growth mindset at the individual, team, and organizational levels. By examining how growth mindsets shape workplace outcomes such as job satisfaction, leadership behaviors, and performance evaluations, we hope to contribute fresh insights into how mindsets influence human flourishing in today’s complex work environments.
