    Webinar Overview

This session will explore Naturalistic Stakeholder Theory, an innovative framework that redefines how organizations understand strategy, morality, and the evolution of stakeholder relationships.

Building on the seminal article by Bridoux & Stoelhorst (2022), "Stakeholder Theory, Strategy, and Organization: Past, Present, and Future,"the webinar will examine how evolutionary and behavioral perspectives can strengthen stakeholder theory and reconnect strategy with social welfare and legitimacy.

Participants will gain insights into how this naturalistic paradigm integrates descriptive realism with normative insights, offering a more holistic understanding of organizational dynamics within complex socio-ecological systems.
