Emory University's Goizueta Business School seeks applications for a full-time practice-track faculty position in the Organization and Management (O&M) area, starting in Fall 2024. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for teaching topics related to organizational behavior, with a standard teaching load of six sections per academic year. We anticipate the teaching needs to include core OB classes and electives, primarily in the undergraduate program.
It is essential to be excited to collaborate with faculty and mentor students from a wide range of disciplines, cultures, and academic backgrounds. Individuals who have prior teaching experience in a top-tier business school are preferred.

Qualifications
Professional experience in industry, government, or the public sector is an asset. While a Ph.D. in organizational behavior or related fields is preferred, we will also carefully consider those with a master's degree and equivalent experience. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of success in teaching in business school environments. We are especially interested in candidates with broad teaching interests across organizational behavior topics. We will prioritize candidates with expertise in teaching courses to undergraduate and graduate student populations. We seek candidates whose teaching interests have prepared them to contribute to our commitment to engaging and including culturally diverse audiences in higher education.
