Servant Leadership Scholars Conference 2026
In 2024, we hosted a fantastic Servant Leadership Scholars Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that led to this Special Issue on Servant Leadership. In 2026, we will gather again at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc.'s headquarters just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, USA. EA is a 100% employee-owned public benefit corporation.
This 3-day mini-conference will feature presentations, discussions, and research development. The conference will give scholars the opportunity to discuss and present their research ideas, including early-stage projects and those that would benefit from a fresh set of eyes.
In the spirit of servant leadership, a limited number of funded travel grants will be available for junior scholars (pre-tenure faculty and doctoral students) who can demonstrate need.

Where: EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc, Hunt Valley, Maryland, USA.
Size: Only 50 places are available in order to retain a collegial and connected atmosphere.
