The Turkish Academy of Management warmly invites scholars, doctoral students, editors, practitioners, and members of the global Academy of Management community to TAOM 2026, organized within the framework of the Academy of Management Community Accelerator Program (AOM-CAP).

As an AOM Community Accelerator Program event, TAOM 2026 is designed to strengthen international academic connections, expand access to the global management community, support emerging scholars, and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration across countries, institutions, disciplines, and career stages.

You do not need to present a paper to participate.

Come to İzmir as a non-presenting delegate and enjoy five inspiring days of scholarship, professional development, international networking, and unforgettable cultural experiences.

Meet Some of the Most Influential Names in Management

TAOM 2026 will offer a rare opportunity to hear from and engage with Jeffrey Pfeffer, one of the world's most influential and widely respected management scholars.

The program will also bring together distinguished Academy of Management leaders, including:

A Community Accelerator Program Experience-Much More Than a Traditional Conference

TAOM 2026 reflects the central purpose of the AOM Community Accelerator Program: building sustainable scholarly communities, encouraging exchange between established and emerging academics, and making the Academy of Management's global network more accessible.

Even without presenting a paper, participants can benefit from keynote speeches and plenary panels, conversations with AOM presidents and division leaders, Meet the Editors sessions, the Journal Rejection Clinic, senior–junior rapid-fire mentoring, Meet the Authors sessions, research idea-generation and paper-development workshops, brown-bag seminars, Interest Group activities, and extensive networking opportunities.

A special plenary session featuring Peter Bamberger and Christopher L. Tucci will explore the Past and Future of the Science of Management and Organizations. The program will also include the introduction of the new AOM journal, Inside Organizations, by its editor, Zhike Lei.

The program further includes sessions on artificial intelligence in HRM, sustainability, inclusion, neurodiversity, organization theory, management education, and new frontiers in management research.

    Experience İzmir and Ephesus

TAOM 2026 is also an invitation to experience İzmir-one of the Mediterranean's most vibrant historic cities, where ancient civilizations, Aegean culture, seaside life, and contemporary Türkiye meet.

The social program is planned to include networking events, a gala dinner and awards ceremony, an Ephesus tour, and a classical music concert at the ancient Library of Celsus.

These shared cultural experiences are also an essential part of the Community Accelerator Program spirit: creating lasting professional relationships through scholarship, conversation, and community.

Come for the ideas. Stay for the community. Remember İzmir for a lifetime.

Whether you are presenting research or simply wish to listen, learn, connect, and become part of an expanding international academic community, there is a place for you at this AOM Community Accelerator Program event.
