To all colleagues interested in self-initiated expatriation/migration and their careers, we would like to remind you of the 2nd International Conference on Self-Initiated Expatriation, organised by the University of Bamberg on 11 and 12 April 2022.

Participation is possible online or in presence (Bamberg/Germany) – for selected sessions of your choice or the whole conference.

This interdisciplinary conference will provide the ideal opportunity for researchers and practitioners from all over the world who are active or interested in the field of self-initiated expatriation/migration and careers, to:

• disseminate and discuss the latest research,
• explore new international research and business collaborations,
• meet in a relaxed atmosphere to exchange views and build new relationships.
