NYU Stern Behavior Lab Post-Doc 2023-2025

The Department of Management and Organizations at the Stern School of Business, New York University, is looking to hire a departmental post-doctoral fellow in organizational behavior for academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. Responsibilities include conducting high quality research with our range of department faculty, teaching a total of three 3-credit courses over the two-year appointment, and managing our behavioral lab. Candidates should have their dissertation defended by August 2023 and must demonstrate strong potential in both research and teaching.
The post-doctoral fellow position provides an excellent opportunity for an emerging scholar to develop and extend their research program while gaining valuable teaching experience. Post-docs are highly encouraged to collaborate with our wide range of departmental faculty and graduate students, to benefit from several speaker series, and to draw from the wide variety of intellectual resources available at NYU Stern. In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-$100,000. Research funds and benefits are also provided.
