    **3 days to go!**
Are you attending AOM in Boston and interested in learning how to provide a high-quality review? Are you curious as an author about the review process? "Reviewing in the Rough" (RIR) is for you!

In Part 1 of RIR, open to all participants, we will hear insights about the review process from prior editors' (Professor
Maryam Kouchaki and Professor Batia Wiesenfeld), and author's (Professor Allison Gabriel, Ph.D.) perspectives.
In Part 2, participants who complete their reviews of a Journal of Applied Psychology original submission prior to the conference will receive feedback on these from experienced scholars in small-group sessions, and learn exclusive background information about the original submission from the author herself.

    1. Complete this Qualtrics survey
and choose to attend both Part 1 and Part 2, to request a copy of the manuscript.
    2. Once you receive the manuscript to review, complete a formal review (i.e., approximately two single-spaced pages) and send it to
j.zhu@rsm.nl with the Subject line "RIR Review completed" before *July 15th, 2023*.
    3. If your review is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email with registration details. Please note that spots in Part 2 of the workshop will be allotted to the first 30 doctoral students and junior faculty members who submit completed reviews.
