Managing Remote Work (PDW #12382)
Sunday, 1 August, 12:00-14:00 EDT
The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a dramatic rise in the adoption of remote work practices. Even after the pandemic ends, many organizations and workers are likely to adopt remote work practices on a more permanent basis, due to the reported productivity increases, improved flexibility, and reduced stigma around perceptions of remote work. Join us for the Managing Remote Work PDW where we bring together academics whose work has shaped the literature on remote and distributed work, as well as industry experts managing remote work practices in their firms, who will help to set the agenda for future research and provide feedback on participants' research proposals.
