Hello DEI scholars. My colleagues, Nina Junker, Sharon Toker, and Kinga Bierwiaczonek, and I are doing some work on self-perceptions of work-family constructs (conflict, enrichment, balance) versus workplace others' perceptions of the focal person's same work-family constructs. Think: What do I think of how my work and family domains fit together, versus how do others (bosses, coworkers, partners, children) think my work and family domains fit together?
We wish to lead a symposium on this idea (or a highly related topic) for submission to the 2024 AOM meetings, and we are looking for authors to join us who have related research.
