    Open rank position in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management

    The Melbourne Business School invites applications for an open-rank position located within the Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management area. The Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management cluster  currently has 7 full time academic faculty, with research strengths in three broad areas: leadership and ethics, organisational relationships, and workplace diversity.     The Melbourne Business School invites applications for an open-rank position located within the Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management area. Visiting faculty members at the Melbourne Business School are expected to have a PhD.  

    The successful Fellow will teach the core Managing People subject, and may also teach Negotiations.  We expect the Fellow will have a demonstrated ability to teach postgraduate students to a high standard.   The Fellowship can be held for 6 or 12 months, and workload will be commensurate with the term of the appointment.
