Rank at appointment is dependent on qualifications relative to University and College standards. Practice Track faculty are initially appointed on a contract of up to five years, renewable based on performance. Practice Track faculty are eligible to apply for promotion to higher Practice Track ranks. The successful candidate(s) will join a group of nine Healthcare Administration faculty members serving approximately 400 graduate Healthcare Administration majors, have a wide-ranging Healthcare Administration background, and be able to teach a variety of graduate-level courses. Moreover, depending on rank and yearly workload allocation, the successful candidate may conduct research, publish articles, write grants, mentor students, and provide community engagement and service to the program, school, college, university, and profession. Successful candidates will be expected to relocate to Southeastern North Carolina or the Wilmington area and maintain a campus presence as part of the School of Health and Applied Human Sciences faculty.

    Appointments begin in August 2023.
