The HR Division International Conferences (HRIC) seek to attract scholars from around the world to share ideas on all aspects of HR. Conferences typically include keynote presentations, research papers, symposia, and workshop sessions. HRICs facilitate visibility, community, and connection for members across the world by creating a forum for sharing research projects, opportunities for knowledge sharing, professional development, and identifying emerging challenges in HR. The conferences are highly valued, and past HRICs have been quite successful in attracting international members to a major HR Division event.

The 6th HR Division International Conference (HRIC) will be held at the Indian Institute of Management—Bangalore in Bangalore, India, April 9 to 11, 2026. The theme for this conference is "Sustainable HRM in the Age of Disruption."
