The School of Business, Royal Roads University (Victoria, BC, Canada) is currently recruiting for a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, and the Future of Business. Tier 2 Chairs are for exceptional emerging researchers (less than 10 years since they received their PhD), acknowledged by their peers as having the potential to lead in their field. The Canada Research Chair Program imposes no restrictions on nominees with regard to nationality or country of residence.
As the Tier 2 CRC in Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation and the Future of Business, you will broaden the university's transdisciplinary management research agenda by examining new or emerging technologies and the way in which they can be used to transform business. By developing a global research program in areas related to digital strategy, digital transformation, and the future of business, the successful candidate is expected to address urgent complex business issues such as, but not limited to:
- digital marketing and communications;
- artificial intelligence, data management, business analytics;
- industry 4.0, supply chain and logistics;
- technology and the future of work; and
- effective corporate governance in a digital environment.
