    Non-Tenure Track (Open Rank) Position in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Theory

     

    The Department of Business Administration invites applications for a regular, full-time, open rank, non-tenure track faculty position to teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Organizational Behavior or Organizational Theory starting August 16, 2018. Salary is competitive and commensurate with rank and experience.

     

    A graduate degree and extensive professional experience are required for Instructor and Clinical positions.  A Ph.D., completed by the starting date, in business strategy, management, or related field is required for Lecturer and Teaching professor positions.  We seek candidates who have an active program of teaching in management and who demonstrate excellence in the classroom at the undergraduate and graduate levels. 

     

    The Department of Business Administration at the University of Illinois is a major teaching and research unit located within the College of Business, which also contains the Departments of Accountancy and Finance. The Department of Business Administration has approximately 50 full-time faculty and offers undergraduate, professional, and doctoral programs. It includes the areas of marketing, operations management, organizational behavior, strategic management and entrepreneurship, international business and business law, and information systems.
