Assistant Professor in Management & Organizations
The Management and Organizations Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position. We are primarily interested in considering applicants at the rank of Assistant Professor, but outstanding candidates at the Associate or Full Professor will be considered, as well. The department invites applications from candidates with advanced degrees in organizational behavior, management, strategy, sociology, psychology, and related fields relevant to the study of individuals, groups, and organizations. Applicants should demonstrate an interest in topics related to management and organizations. Primary selection criteria are evidence of outstanding research potential, a commitment to teaching excellence, and an ability to enhance the department's research and teaching portfolio. Additionally, a PhD in management, communications, behavioral social science disciplines or related fields must be in hand or expected by employment start date.
