    The TIM has MOVED to a new server!!!

    All subscribers from this list have been subscribed to the new TIM list. So, if you are reading this message, you have been subscribed to the new list.

     

    The new TIM list will start accepting postings and subscriptions immediately.

     

    The old TIM list will no longer accept subscription requests or postings.

     

    NO ACTION IS NECESSARY on your part to start receiving messages from the new TIM list, however, if you would like to change your list subscription options you will need to follow the instructions below.

     

     

    To manage your list subscription options you will need to create a LISTSERV PASSWORD on the aomlists.pace.edu list server.

     

     

    To create a LISTSERV password for aomlists.pace.edu:

    1) Go to http://aomlists.pace.edu.

    2) Click on "Get a LISTSERV password for this server".

    3) In the "E-Mail Address" field enter your list subscription email address. In the "Password" field enter the password you would like to use and then re-type the same password in the "Password (again)" field. Click the "Register Password" button.

    4) A confirmation email message will be sent to your mailbox. To activate your password click on the link provided in the confirmation message. NOTE: You will not be able to log into the server until you click on the link in the confirmation email message.

     

     

    To manage your list subscription settings:

    1) Go to http://aomlists.pace.edu.

    2) Click on the "Log in" link in the upper right-hand corner.

    3) Enter your login credentials and click on the "Login" button. On the next page click on "follow this link" (red text).

    4) On the next page, click on "Subscriber's Corner".

    5) The next page will display the lists that you are subscribed to. To manage your settings for a particular list, click on the name of the list. The list names are on the right-hand portion of the page, under the column labeled "List names".

    6) On the Subscription Settings page you will see all your configurable options. Be sure to enter your name in the "Your name" field. If you have questions about a particular option simply click on the name of the option heading to view the help page which describes the options in detail. For example, to get an explanation of all the "Subscription Type" options, click on the words "Subscription Type".

    7) To save your new settings click on the "Update Options" button at the bottom of the page.

    University of Kansas School of Business seeks an advanced Assistant or

    Associate Professor in Strategic Management. This is a full time,

    unclassified, tenure-track position beginning August 2006.

     

    Required: A Ph.D. or D.B.A in Strategic Management or a closely related

    field, a demonstrated record of and active engagement in high quality

    research on strategic management topics, and a demonstrated record of

    high quality teaching in business strategy courses.  We are searching

    for an advanced Assistant Professor; however, candidates with

    exceptional research and teaching records may be considered for

    appointment at the Associate Professor level.  Successful candidates

    will also show demonstrated effective supervision of Ph.D. students or

    potential for future supervision of Ph.D. students. =20

     

    Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates with strong research

    records who have published in top-tier academic journals.  Preference

    will also be given to candidates with a demonstrated penchant for

    flexibility in teaching and interdisciplinary research. Preference will

    be given to candidates with experience in obtaining and implementing

    significant grants.

     

    Salary: Competitive.
