| Summary of Duties and Responsibilities | The Department of Management within the College of Business at Iowa State University invites applications for a tenured or tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Business Strategy. This position will conduct strong scholarly research that has high impact and is publishable in top-tier management journals. In addition, this position will teach strategy courses at the undergraduate, Master's and/or PhD levels. |

| Required Education and Experience | • PhD in management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong scholarly research and teach at undergraduate, Master's, or PhD levels. For those applying at the Associate rank: In addition to the above, an exemplary record of scholarly research, teaching, and service commensurate with the rank of Associate Professor in the College of Business at ISU. |
| Preferred Education and Experience | • Scholarly research record as evidenced by publications in high quality journals.
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate, Master's and PhD levels. |
