The Faculty of Business Administration and Economics of the University of Passau invites applications for two 'Juniorprofessur' (Assistant Professor) posts for Business Administration with a focus on International Management to start at the beginning of the summer semester in April 2016.
The successful candidate will teach and conduct research in International Management. The research focus of candidates should be in internationalization strategies and governance of organizations and possibly associated fields, such as entrepreneurship, hrm, innovation, marketing, organizational behavior and strategy. He or she will teach courses at the Bachelor's, Master's and doctoral levels, and will furthermore, be expected to take an active role in shaping and co-ordinating the faculty's international exchange programmes.
