Apologies for cross-posting
My co-authors and I have an empirical (data analyses are complete) paper on
team culture and turnover we are looking to submit to SIOP this year. We are
wondering if anyone is organizing a symposium around those topics and is
looking for another paper.
We also think the study could fit well into a symposium focusing on team
culture where studies have different DVs, or a symposium on negative
performance or work withdrawal behaviors.
If you would like more detail please let us know. Alternatively, if you also
have a paper and are looking for a symposium, maybe we can form one if we
have enough interest.
