The Department of Politics and Public Administration at the Faculty of Politics, Law and Economics at the University of Konstanz is seeking applications for a
Junior Professorship of Management/Corporate Social Responsibility (Salary Scale W1)
to be filled by 1 April 2015.
The successful candidate contributes to the department's interdisciplinary curriculum in the fields of management and public administration. Experience with empirical research in management, leadership, organizational theory, or political social responsibility is considered an asset. Participation in the University's Center of Excellence on "Cultural Foundations of Social Integration" as well as the Graduate School of Decision Sciences is desired.
The candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Management, Public Administration, Political Science, Eco-nomics or a related discipline. We expect a strong track record in international, high-rank outlets, as well as previous teaching experiences. The candidate should provide an outline of her or his future research and teaching strategies (max. 6 pages).
