Delivery of management courses (on/off campus and online) primarily in the area of human resource management, organizational behavior, and organizational theory, and at the graduate and undergraduate levels; student advising; production of intellectual contributions leading to publication in refereed journals; and service are required. An earned doctorate in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required; a record of excellence in teaching or demonstrated potential for excellence in instruction is essential; ability to interact with both traditional and non-traditional learners is needed; a record of publications in refereed journals is necessary for the associate rank or demonstration of capability to satisfy the research requirements is required for the assistant rank.
