We are pleased to invite you to submit your paper to the topic sponsored by the Organisational Behaviour SIG:
To play or not to play: new forms of participation in the web 2.0
of the next EURAM conference that will be in Valencia 2014 - June, 4th-7th.
This topic aims to foster the debate on the ?free? labour provided by social community users,
emphasising the social nature of this labour, whereby the worker produces forms of community
which rely on the interpersonal skills and affective components.
we encourage papers and contributions able to give the audience critical insights
on the current challenges and new perspectives for the future of social innovation, crowdsourcing,
crowfunding, free labour issues.
