Assistant Professor
SKEMA Business School invites outstanding candidates to apply for a full-time position in the KTO research center in Sophia Antipolis campus, France.
Profile
The candidate will have a PhD from a leading school. He or she will be expected to publish in top-tier academic journals and demonstrate a successful teaching experience. The priority will be given to candidates with research experience on topics related to knowledge or social networks, knowledge spillovers and employee mobility at intra and inter-organization levels.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will show a passionate drive to become leading scholar in his or her field. He or she will be a member of the Knowledge Technology and Organization (KTO) research center. The salary is competitive. Funding for conference attendance, research support, access to most attractive databases (such as WRDS, ThomsonOne, and Bureau van Dijk), reduced teaching load, teaching and research assistantship is available. Teaching is in English. Knowledge of French is not required.
