The Assistant Professor will have a PhD from a leading school and an active research program in the aforementioned fields, and the potential to publish in prominent management journals. She/he will have teaching experience.
Position
Successful candidates will show a passionate drive to become leading scholars in their own field. Funding for conference attendance is available. Teaching is in English. Teaching load is one course per year either in our undergraduate or post-graduate programs. Candidates will supervise master dissertations and bachelor papers in their fields. Teaching assistants are also available. Appointments are full-time. The salary is competitive. The contract is 3 years. Starting date: November 2014.
About the School
LUISS School of Business and Management is located in the hearth of Rome. It offers undergraduate and post-graduate programs – including MBA and Executive Education Programs. The School has recently started a recruiting campaign to develop its reputation for excellence in research and high quality teaching. LUISS faculty have published papers in Administrative Science Quarterly, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, Organization Science, Research Policy, and Strategic Management Journal.
