    FACULTY POSITION
    The Management Department of IÉSEG School of Management invites applications for one full-time position (starting January 2019 or September 2019) in Strategy at Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level (Lille campus).
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    The candidate is expected to contribute to the Department with a commitment to research excellence and strong teaching skills. Applicants should possess (or expect to complete by 2019) a PhD in Management or related disciplines, be able to provide evidence of or potential for publications (according to experience) in reputable academic journals and a promising research pipeline. The candidate will teach at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels and also contribute to the design and development of the Department's programs.
    IÉSEG's program portfolio is taught entirely in English, hence applicants are expected to be perfectly fluent. Although French is not required for teaching, the School provides French courses to faculty members as part of the hiring package.

    ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
    The Department consists of almost 60 full-time academic staff in the areas of Strategy, Human Resources Management, Operations Management, Information Systems and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The Department provides ample resources to support a variety of research interests and activities. Its faculty has published in leading scholarly journals such as Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Research Policy, Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Organizational Research Methods.
       SALARY RANGE
    The salary is competitive. Housing search and relocation assistance is provided by IÉSEG. Employees also benefit from French social security benefits, complementary health insurance and a contributory pension scheme.
