The Organizational Design Community is pleased to announce that the annual conference will be held virtually on October 27-28, 2022. The theme for this year's conference is "Organizing for Novelty." The co-organizers of the conference, Oliver Alexy and Isin Guler, have assembled a program that encompasses diverse approaches to issues of organizational design at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology.
