We're building an interdisciplinary research environment at the intersection of econometrics, innovation policy, and technology management.
Our focus is on the societal and managerial implications of causal AI-shaping decision-making, organizational design, and firm strategy. We combine rigorous empirical methods with interdisciplinary perspectives to understand how these technologies can be deployed effectively and responsibly.

What you'll do:
- Contribute to publications in leading international journals
- Present research at international conferences
- Teach in Bachelor's and Master's programs (TUM School of Management)
- Supervise Bachelor's and Master's theses
Positions are advertised as PhD roles, but postdoctoral applications will also be considered.
