Curious about organizational search?
Join us at AOM in Copenhagen for a PDW that brings together leading scholars across generations to explore new frontiers in organizational search.
We invite scholars passionate about advancing research on organizational search through four interconnected themes: (i) problem and solution search, (ii) search and innovation, (iii) the microfoundations of search, and (iv) the implications of artificial intelligence on search. As organizations face increasing complexity and uncertainty, this PDW offers a platform to rethink and deepen our understanding of how search processes drive strategy and innovation.
