    We are pleased to invite you to a timely Professional Development Workshop at AOM 2025 exploring entrepreneurial ecosystems through multiple levels of analysis-macro, meso, and micro. While ecosystems have become a prominent lens for understanding entrepreneurship and innovation, important gaps remain in connecting individual, organizational, and institutional dynamics.

    This session brings together distinguished scholars to address cutting-edge questions in ecosystem research, including governance, diversity, and inclusion, microfoundations, and methodological innovation.
