    The University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill two full-time positions in the department of Innovation Management & Strategy. The ideal candidate should have completed a PhD or be near completion, and possess excellent teaching skills to contribute to the courses offered by the department. The position will primarily involve teaching responsibilities (80%) in the fields of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, Strategic Management, Organization Studies, Change Management, and supervision of Bachelor and Master theses, complemented by development time (20%) for research. The department values both theoretical significance and practical relevance in its teaching and research.
